Excavate & remediate 40,000 tons of unsuitable special waste soils. Then import, place and compact 15,000 tons of granular backfill to ready the site for the construction of a new elementary school.

All site prep activities were completed within the scheduled 7 week time span. The precipitation during the period in which the site prep work took place was well above average, which made site conditions very difficult to work in.
